Job Description

Ogury is seeking an experienced New York City based Account Manager to join our growing US Customer Success team. As an Ogury Account Manager, you will be responsible for owning the post-sale client relationship, from the initial campaign kickoff & launch to the final end of campaign wrap up. The Account Manager also partners with Sales to identify and drive mid-flight incremental opportunities. This is a customer facing role where outgoing, organized, analytical individuals can thrive. The position is best suited for a problem-solver with excellent time management skills, who can provide equal attention to a wide range of client needs and build lasting client relationships.

The Account Manager is a self-motivated and driven team player who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get the job done. This person is comfortable in a dynamic start-up environment and is focused on both personal and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain data-driven mobile media campaigns in partnership with sales, strategy and business intelligence teams to drive value

  • Act as a main client point of contact on assigned accounts

  • Ensure seamless and timely delivery of all client & campaign deliverables

  • Facilitate campaign kick-offs

  • Prepare campaign mid-flight & wrap-up presentations in partnership with sales and strategy teams

  • Ensure above and beyond customer satisfaction levels

  • Drive incremental value in the form of upsell/incremental and/or repeat business that align with client objectives

  • Be an internal knowledge resource on key mobile tech trends and capabilities

Required Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree

  • 1-2 years’ experience in Account Management, Digital Media, and/or Client Services (mobile experience preferred)

  • Experience with 3rd party reporting, ad serving, and targeting systems including MOAT, Double Verify, IAS, DCM, Sizmek, Innovid, ComScore, etc.

  • Ability to be a liaison between multiple internal teams and prioritize various request at once

  • Strict attention to detail in pressure situations

  • Strong oral and written communication

  • PowerPoint and Excel expert

  • Experience working with Auto, QSR & Pharma verticals is not required but a plus.

  • Self-motivated and passionate with the desire to “make their mark”
