What you’ll do:
- You will set up the laptops (PC/MAC)
- You will intervene in the event of an incident (assistance of 141 users in Paris)
- Infrastructure management (printers, video conference
- After that, you will create internal accounts and set up internal tools
- You will work as support, managing users requests.
Who you are:
- You speak french fluently and you also speak English
- You are studying a master or engineer degree in IT Admin /Networks (possibility of hiring after the internship)
- You are a good communicator, you like to solve problems and assist users.
- You are passionate by your job
- You already worked or studied networks (firewall)
