Barfuss will lead the development of the Ogury brand on a global scale. Ogury announced the appointment of Emily Barfuss as Chief Marketing Officer. In this role, Barfuss will strengthen the awareness and adoption of Ogury’s unique offering and technology – the most advanced solution for a world without cookies and IDs – across the globe. Barfuss has extensive experience building global Marketing & Communications organizations and brands of $300m+ in revenue, both public and private. She started her career at entertainment giant CBS Corporation, before joining global advertising marketplace Index Exchange. There, she became Executive Vice President of Marketing & Communications, overhauling the Index Exchange brand and redefining their strategy across client initiatives and partner relations. Most recently, Barfuss was Chief Marketing Officer at dynamic CTV and video-first platform, Tremor International, where she led the development and execution of the company’s global marketing strategy, creating value for stakeholders and clients alike. A highly accomplished and award-winning C-suite executive, Barfuss was honored at the AdExchanger and AdMonsters Top Women in Media & AdTech (2022), the Cynopsis Top Women in Media Awards (2019), the Women in IT Advocate of the Year Awards (2019), and the Folio: Magazine Women of the Year Awards (2018). At Ogury, Barfuss will spearhead and execute the company’s strategic vision, overseeing and centralizing the global brand, field, product marketing, and communications teams. Ogury, the global leader in personified advertising, announced the promotion of former COO Geoffroy Martin to the position of Chief Executive Officer. Former Ogury CEO Thomas Pasquet, who co-founded the company and served in the role for eight years, will transition to Chairman of the Board. In this role, he will help promote Ogury’s mission and vision externally.

Ogury announced the appointment of Stéphane Dupayage as chief product officer. In his role, Dupayage will lead the company’s product organisation and roadmap to build and execute new strategies around personified advertising, powered by a true IDless and cookieless solution designed for marketers, agencies, and suppliers.

Ogury announced the promotion of Benjamin Lanfry to the position of chief supply officer. In this new role, Lanfry will be in charge of defining Ogury’s global supply strategy and work closely with executive leadership to turn the company into an even more trusted monetisation partner for in-app and web publishers.

In his remit, Simon Porter will develop and reinforce solid partnerships with leading international media agencies, many of which Ogury has been working with closely for several years – including GroupM, Dentsu International, Publicis Media, Havas Media, IPG Mediabrands and Omnicom Media Group.

Ogury today announced the acquisition of Motionly, a SaaS solution that designs, deploys and measures interactive rich media animations in-app and in-web. Motionly was founded in 2017 by Édouard Mercier, with the aim of making it easier for marketers to personalize digital content in order to boost user attention and engagement.

Ryo Matsumoto is appointed as representative of the Japanese subsidiary to lead Ogury’s business expansion and offer advertisers sustainable solutions that meet privacy protection requirements.
