Nicolas Bidon serves as Chief Executive Officer at Ogury, where he leads the company’s global strategy, business development, and operational leadership across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC. With over two decades of international experience in adtech and digital organizations, he brings a strong blend of strategic vision, commercial acumen, and innovation-driven leadership to Ogury’s next phase of growth.

Before joining Ogury, Nicolas served as Global CEO of GroupM Nexus (WPP), overseeing a network of more than 11,000 digital experts worldwide. Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership roles at programmatic trading desk Xaxis UK and GroupM’s native ad platform plista, contributing to their expansion and global development. His earlier roles include senior positions at Yahoo and enterprise software firms such as MicroStrategy and Watchfire.

Christine Villa is Chief Financial Officer at Ogury, where she leads the company’s global financial strategy and oversees its international operations and governance. With a strong background in finance, operations, and multi-regional business leadership, she ensures the company’s financial resilience as it continues to expand globally.

Before joining Ogury, Christine spent three years as Group CFO and Head of HR & Legal at digital brand and marketing consultancy What’s Next Partners, where she led finance, HR, and legal functions across the organization. Prior to that, she spent over ten years at the Lagardère Group in senior finance roles across corporate and sports divisions, driving international operations, financial planning, and large-scale growth initiatives.

Chief Revenue Officer EMEA + APAC

Raphaël Rodier holds the position of Chief Revenue Officer at Ogury, where he leads the company’s global commercial strategy and drives revenue growth across all regions. With extensive experience in digital advertising and sales leadership, he oversees Ogury’s global sales organization to accelerate the company’s commercial performance.

Raphaël joined Ogury at its inception in 2014 and has held several senior roles across the organization, including Chief Revenue Officer International, Vice President Sales EMEA, and Managing Director France. Prior to that, he spent nearly a decade in commercial and leadership positions at digital advertising company HiMedia—now AdUX—where he oversaw sales teams, publisher relationships, and multi-market digital advertising initiatives. He also serves as an advisor and investor to early-stage companies such as Olyzon.

Benjamin Lanfry is Chief Client & Partnerships Officer at Ogury, where he oversees the company’s global supply strategy and partner ecosystem. With extensive experience building strong publisher relationships across in-app and web environments, he works to strengthen Ogury’s role as a trusted monetization partner and collaborates closely with publishers to develop and scale its portfolio of innovative ad formats.

Benjamin’s career has given him deep, multi-regional expertise across the publisher landscape in the Americas, EMEA, and APAC. Before joining Ogury, he spent seven years at Adomik, an advertising analytics platform, where he led all commercial activities as SVP Global Revenue. Prior to that, he spent four years at adtech company Criteo, collaborating with major international publishers including eBay, Yahoo, and Microsoft.

Stéphane Dupayage holds the position of Chief Technology & Product Officer at Ogury, where he leads the company’s product organization and technology roadmap. He spearheads the development and execution of Ogury’s innovative strategies around its personified advertising solution—a true ID-less and cookieless approach designed for marketers, agencies, and suppliers.

With over 20 years of experience in digital technology companies, Stéphane was most recently SVP Product Retail Media at adtech company Criteo, where he played a key role in shaping and delivering its industry-leading global retail media platform. Before that, he worked at leading EMEA retail media company Storetail, where he already created the first French retail media platform. Earlier in his career, Stéphane worked for adtech solutions provider 24/7 Media Inc.—now Xaxis—and global media agency Publicis.

Chief Data & Commercial GTM Officer

Christophe Bize holds the position of Chief Data & Commercial GTM Officer at Ogury, where he oversees the company’s global data strategy and commercial go-to-market efforts. After building Ogury’s Insights department from the ground up and later leading the Publishing department, he played a key role in expanding the company’s relationship with major global brands, including Meta, Microsoft, Netflix, PayPal, Samsung, and Visa. Today, he drives the development and activation of Ogury’s unique data set, which is fully independent of cookies and advertising identifiers.

Before joining Ogury, Christophe worked at ComScore, BlackBerry, and Orange Business Services, where he developed extensive experience across data analytics and digital strategy. His work spanned insights, measurement, and business development, giving him a strong foundation in understanding digital ecosystems and the needs of global enterprise clients.

Tara Sherbrooke is General Counsel at Ogury, where she oversees the company’s global legal strategy and governance. With extensive experience in intellectual property, digital media, and commercial law, Tara advises the leadership team on business, regulatory, and corporate matters, supporting Ogury’s growth and operations across global markets.

Before joining Ogury, Tara spent four years as General Counsel at global research data and analytics group YouGov and held senior legal roles at music technology company ICE Services. Earlier in her career, she worked in renowned legal practices including Osborne Clarke, Morrison & Foerster, and Norton Rose Fulbright.

Frank Ballegeer is Chief People Officer & SVP, Strategic Planning at Ogury, where he leads the company’s global people strategy and strategic planning efforts. He is responsible for advancing Ogury’s talent, culture, and organizational effectiveness agenda while helping shape the company’s long-term growth strategy.

Prior to joining Ogury, Frank spent more than six years at Criteo in senior FP&A and sales operations roles across global markets. Earlier in his career, he held finance and consulting positions at HP and Deloitte, building expertise in business strategy, operations, and organizational transformation.
